High Weald Dairy are based on Tremains Farm, just outside Horsted Keynes, in the High Weald of Sussex, and on the edge of Ashdown Forest.
A wide range of cheeses are made using cow, sheep and goat milk, much of it is organic, using locally produced cow milk.
Cheeses can be purchased from local independent shops as well as from the dairy 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. Please visit our website for stockists.
