Tablehurst Farm Shop is open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00, and our café is open from 08:30 to 16.30 on the same days.
Tablehurst Community Farm is a social enterprise founded in the mid 1990s. The farm produces meat, poultry, vegetables, raw milk and arable crops to biodynamic and organic standards. Most of Tablehurst’s produce is sold through the farm shop, which is open six days a week. The shop also offers an array of other organic produce including sourdough bread baked at Tablehurst, dairy products from our sister farm Plaw Hatch, local biodynamic eggs, and many other foodstuffs. We also now sell our meat online for home delivery nationwide.
The farm is open to the public and you are welcome to walk around. You can visit the animals, see the farmers and gardeners at work, and enjoy the spectacular Ashdown Forest scenery. Our café is open six days a week and offers hot meals using farm produce, teas, coffees and farm-baked cakes as well as fresh baked pizza and BBQ at weekends. The farm hosts an extensive programme of community events and offers lots of opportunities for volunteers to get involved in our work.
