Amuse Bouche : Little cheesey choux buns with beetroot mayonnaise

Entree:  Asparagus with hollandaise sauce

Main : Normandy Chicken cooked in butter and cider with mushroons, shallots, calvados and cream.  Served with saute potatoes and freshly baked pain de compagne

Dessert : Creme Brulee
