The Assembly Hall Theatre is a 1,000 seat theatre in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells. The programme features touring West End musicals and drama, family and children’s shows, top comics, popular musicians and of course the annual traditional pantomime.

This year the theatre is delighted to present the most magical fairy tale of them all… Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This spectacular production is jam packed with music and dance, fun and laughter, a beautiful princess, a seriously wicked stepmother, a handsome prince and seven delightful dwarfs!  Starring the legendary Su Pollard (Hi-de-Hi) as the Wicked Queen and  Jamie Rickers (CiTV & Nickelodeon) as Muddles the Jester – Jamie wowed Tunbridge Wells audiences last year as Buttons in Cinderella. Children (and adults) love the excitement of live theatre and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs really is the perfect festive outing for friends and families.

The theatre is a five minute walk from Tunbridge Wells station and served from West and East Sussex and all over Kent by a variety of bus operators.  The theatre is located in Crescent Road and there is a large multi-storey car park close by.

Highlights in 2017 include … a new musical production celebrating the 20th anniversary of RENT, David Walliam’s Gangsta Granny, Willy Russell’s Shirley Valentine starring Jodie Prenger and the hilarious musical the Wedding Singer.
