Game Night at Perryhill Orchards with Chef Peter Bayless

Enjoy an evening with Masterchef Winner Peter Bayless at Perryhill Orchards.  Peter will cook a delightful 4 course meal which is themed around game.  After the meal Peter will join the group and talk about his experiences on Masterchef.

Amuse bouche: Mixed game and wild mushroom velouté.
Entrée: Cured wild salmon with dill and mustard sauce.
Main:Pheasant crumble pie as preferred by HRH The Prince of Wales
From a recipe by John Williams, Matre Chef de Cuisine, The Ritz Hotel, London.
Dessert:‘light-as-a-feather’ vanilla, whisky and orange treacle pudding
with crème Chantilly.
